SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How long does delivery takes and what are the delivery shipping charges?

Nationwide shipping is available, with delivery time frame of 2-3 working days for West Malaysia (WM) and 5-7 working days for East Malaysia (EM). A flat delivery rate of RM10 and RM20 are applied for WM and EM respectively.

RETURN & EXCHANGE 

What are your return policy?

All goods sold are non-refundable, returns are only accepted for defected items. To be eligible for a return, the items must be unused and in its original condition, with original tags and/or packaging intact. Return postage cost is to be borne by the buyer and is non-refundable.

 

You will be provided with an exchange if your return request is approved in the reasons of defective goods or wrong delivery. You can opt to exchange for item(s) of same value or lower value. No refund will be given for the difference in amount for lower value item(s). If you would like an exchange for item(s) of higher value, you will be required to pay for the difference in value.
